Return Policy

Milky Leaf believes in providing great shopping experience and delivering the exact products as displayed on our website. Our dispatch department carefully inspect each and every product before dispatching the same. However, if the customer feels unsatisfied with the product delivered to them, they may return the same as per below terms and conditions:

The customers are requested to inform us the reason for returning any product and getting it replaced within 30 days of delivery. All you have to do is drop us an email at customerservice@milkyleaf.com or call us at +91 9879559603. The customer has to send the product back to us for which he/she wants replacement. We will replace the product if it is available in stock. The replacement will be dispatched within 3 working days from our end once we have received the original product back from the customer.

The product to be exchanged should be sent by the customer in proper (unused/undamaged) condition, it should have original packing and the tags should not be removed. Failing the above conditions, Milky Leaf will not be liable to replace any product.

The customer will have to bear shipping cost for sending the product back to Milky Leaf and Milky Leaf will bear the shipping cost for dispatching the replacement to the customer.

In rare case a complete wrong product has been dispatched from our end, Milky Leaf will bear entire shipping cost for the replacement.

Only one time replacement is allowed for a single order.

Any product purchased during promotional offers, sale/discount will not be exchanged.

While returning any product please do the needful:

  • Place the product in its original packaging and seal it properly.

  • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.

  • Return the products to the address mentioned on our Contact Us page.

    In any case, we will not issue refund for any order placed by the customer. We can keep your order on hold in case of some unavoidable situation arising at your end after placing order to delay the dispatch.
