Milky Leaf provides free shipping on all products, within India. Any type of taxes/charges levied on the item(s) during transit are to be borne by the customer/recipient.
We have tie-up with reputed courier companies. You can track your order online on the courier website. Once your order has been shipped from our end, you will receive shipping details on your email mentioned while placing order.
- We accept orders round the globe but the shipping is restricted within India.
- Normally all orders are delivered in 2-7 working days depending upon the delivery location.
- We ship all orders within 2 working days from receiving order. Due to some unavoidable circumstances it might get a day or 2 delayed.
In below circumstances you might receive a call from the courier company:
The shipping address provided by the customer is incomplete.
The delivery man is unable to locate the shipping address.
Delivery premises were closed at the time of delivery.
Courier companies act as per their policies and we do not have any control over them.
Item(s) ordered by you will be delivered at the shipping address provided while placing order.
We request you not to give PO Box address while placing order as delivery will not be possible at this type of address.
The customer can refuse to accept the delivery only if the parcel is being delivered in damaged condition.
The courier companies return the shipment back to the origin and update online status as return to origin (RTO) in below circumstances:
The premises were closed where the shipment was to be delivered
The delivery address was not complete
The contact number of the recipient was not reachable
The recipient refused to accept the delivery
The courier companies did not receive payment at the time of delivery in case of COD orders.
In above cases, once the parcel has been returned back to origin and the customer wants to get it delivered again at the same or some alternate address, the actual shipping charges for re-shipping will have to be borne by the customer. Milky Leaf will not be liable to pay shipping charges again for same order to be delivered.
The delivery man who comes to deliver your ordered items request the recipient to sign the POD (proof of delivery) and the customers are requested to co-operate with them related to this matter.
In rare case, if the courier companies misplace the parcel or delivers the same at some other address and it has not been delivered to the recipient, we will follow-up with the courier companies and assure you for correct delivery of ordered items.
